Is a gratuity automatically added to my order?
No, we don't have service charge. We are asked if tipping is cutomary, to which we respond that some customers do and other do not. The matter is up to you. Gratuities are shared among all who helped prepare and deliver your order.
Is there a certain time and day I can have my order delivered?
It will be based upon the time and date we both have agreed on. :)

The delivery will be scheduled once the once the bank has cleared the transaction.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
When orders are placed, delivery will be scheduled 3 days after the payment details/slip has been confirmed.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require full payment before we can start processing your order and schedule the delivery.
Customized Menu
What if I want a certain dish that is not in the menu? Can you customize a dish for me?
Yes I can, just send your request and I'll see what I can do. :)
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders that are cancelled when the payment slip is received by us will be charged 100% of the total purchase order. The charge is to cover for the order that cannot be used and jobs that we may have declined to be able to accomodate your order.
