Plating Directions:

Place the Kangkong vertically across the plate. Just like in the picture above make sure the stalks are sticking a little out of the plate and the leaves are neatly spread in the middle.

Put a small amount of rice in the corner of the plate where the kangokong is (optional).

Then place the beef on top neatly.

Followed by the vegetables, surrounding the beef.

Slowly pour a little of the sinigang paste around the food forming a half moon on the dish.

Place the garnish on the sinigang paste.
